Participating
in one of the scheduled retreats in Gurudev Siddha
Peeth is a powerful way to strengthen one’s sadhana as
well as contribute to the ashram environment.
Currently there are two types of retreats scheduled in
Gurudev Siddha Peeth.
Pilgrimage to the Heart retreat
These one-week retreats are
designed for dedicated, self-motivated Siddha Yoga
students who wish to experience and contribute to the
powerful ashram environment through their active
participation in the retreat's daily schedule. In
order to support their full engagement with the
practices, participants observe five days of silence.
Pre-requisites for this retreat
are:

Engagement
in a
minimum of 2 years of Siddha Yoga
sadhana**

Attendance in at least 1 Siddha
Yoga Shaktipat Intensive
-
A regular practice of daily
meditation for at least 1 year
-
A regular practice of dakshina
-
Good health and physical fitness
-
Proficiency in the language the retreat is offered
in
**Siddha Yoga students 18-29 years
of age need to have engaged in a minimum of 1 year of
Siddha Yoga sadhana

SIDDHA YOGA Blue Pearl®
retreat
These four-day retreats are
designed for those who love the practice of Siddha
Yoga meditation and wish to strengthen their practice
of meditation. Participants observe silence for two
days to support their engagement and experience of the
retreat.
Pre-requisites for this retreat
are:
For Siddha Yoga students 30 years
and older:

Engagement in a minimum of 2
years of Siddha Yoga sadhana

Attendance in at least 1 Siddha
Yoga Shaktipat Intensive

A regular practice of daily
meditation for at least 1 year
-
Good health and physical fitness
For
Siddha Yoga students 22-28 years of age:
-
Attended one or more Siddha Yoga Shaktipat
Intensives
-
Engaged in a minimum of one year of Siddha Yoga
sadhana
-
A regular practice of meditation for at least six
months
-
Good health and physical fitness
